IoT Trainer

We are looking for an IoT Trainer who can deliver practical, hardware-aware, and security-conscious training for learners interested in connected devices and emerging technologies. This role is ideal for someone who can teach both concepts and live demonstrations.

As our IoT Trainer, you will train learners in IoT architecture, sensors, embedded devices, microcontrollers, communication protocols, MQTT, HTTP APIs, cloud-IoT integration, edge concepts, device security, and practical IoT projects.

You will help learners understand how physical devices, networks, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and security practices come together in real-world IoT systems.

• Training Delivery: Deliver live sessions on IoT fundamentals, architecture, sensors, embedded systems, microcontrollers, protocols, cloud integration, edge computing, and IoT security.
• Hardware Lab Design: Create practical labs using boards, sensors, actuators, device communication, dashboards, APIs, and cloud connectivity workflows.
• Project Mentorship: Guide learners through IoT project planning, circuit setup, device programming, data collection, cloud integration, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• IoT Security Awareness: Teach device hardening, authentication, secure communication, privacy considerations, network security, and cloud-IoT integration risks.
• Curriculum Support: Update IoT modules, lab manuals, project briefs, and assessment material based on emerging device, cloud, and security practices.
• Corporate Training: Customize IoT content for enterprise use cases such as smart infrastructure, industrial monitoring, connected products, and automation.
• Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate learner projects, hardware demonstrations, code quality, reports, and practical understanding.

Essential Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IoT, embedded systems, electronics, automation, networking, or connected-device projects
• Strong understanding of IoT architecture, sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, device communication, and cloud connectivity
• Hands-on exposure to Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, MQTT, HTTP APIs, Python or C/C++, and basic electronics lab workflows
• Knowledge of IoT security concepts including device security, authentication, secure protocols, privacy, and network protection
• Ability to design practical labs, hardware demonstrations, and real-world IoT projects
• Excellent communication, mentoring, troubleshooting, and classroom management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Tech, M.Tech, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electronics, ECE, Computer Science, IoT, or related field
• Experience with AWS IoT, Azure IoT, cloud-IoT workflows, Node-RED, dashboards, or edge computing tools
• Experience delivering ed-tech, college, workshop, corporate, or maker-lab training programs
• Exposure to industrial IoT, smart home, smart city, healthcare IoT, or IoT analytics projects
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and secure cloud-IoT integration practices
