AI & ML Trainer

We are seeking an experienced AI and Machine Learning Trainer to deliver practical, industry-ready programs for Emerging India Analytics learners and corporate training clients. This role is ideal for a trainer who can turn complex AI concepts into clear, hands-on learning experiences.

As our AI and Machine Learning Trainer, you will teach Python for machine learning, supervised and unsupervised learning, TensorFlow, Keras, NLP, computer vision, deep learning, model evaluation, and real-time AI project implementation.

You will work with curriculum, operations, and placement teams to ensure learners build strong technical foundations, complete meaningful projects, and become confident in applying AI and ML tools to business problems.

• Training Delivery: Deliver live classroom, online, and corporate sessions on Python, statistics, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, TensorFlow, Keras, and related AI tools.
• Hands-on Lab Design: Create practical exercises, notebooks, datasets, assignments, and capstone projects that help learners move from theory to implementation.
• Project Mentorship: Guide learners through real-time AI and ML projects, model evaluation, deployment basics, code review, troubleshooting, and portfolio preparation.
• Curriculum Support: Update training content based on current AI and ML practices, including Python libraries, model workflows, prompt-aware AI tools, and industry use cases.
• Learner Assessment: Evaluate assignments, quizzes, project outcomes, and practical performance, then provide actionable feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Corporate Training: Customize AI and ML modules for enterprise audiences with examples relevant to their domain, data maturity, and business goals.
• Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with other trainers to improve course quality, share reusable labs, and maintain high standards of technical delivery.

Essential Requirements:

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or applied analytics
• Strong Python programming, statistics, data preprocessing, and model-building skills
• Experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Jupyter notebooks
• Ability to teach supervised learning, unsupervised learning, regression, classification, decision trees, random forest, SVM, and model validation
• Working knowledge of NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and real-world AI project workflows
• Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and learner engagement skills
• Ability to create assignments, lab exercises, and project-based learning material

Preferred Qualifications:

• M.Tech, M.Sc, B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• Experience delivering ed-tech, college, or corporate training programs
• Exposure to PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, MLOps, or model deployment tools
• Published projects, GitHub portfolio, research work, or industry case studies in AI and ML
• Experience preparing learners for interviews, assessments, and capstone presentations
