DevOps Trainer

We are hiring an experienced DevOps Trainer to deliver practical training in modern software delivery, automation, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching tools through real projects instead of only theory.

As our DevOps Trainer, you will train learners on Linux, Git and GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, and real-world deployment practices.

You will help learners understand how development and operations work together, how automation improves reliability, and how to troubleshoot production-style DevOps workflows.

• Training Delivery: Deliver live sessions on DevOps fundamentals, Linux, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, AWS, Terraform, monitoring, and deployment strategies.
• Project-based Labs: Create and run hands-on labs for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, orchestration, infrastructure as code, cloud deployments, and monitoring dashboards.
• Troubleshooting Mentorship: Guide learners through common DevOps errors, pipeline failures, container issues, deployment rollbacks, and environment configuration problems.
• Curriculum Support: Keep DevOps course material current with industry-standard tools, cloud practices, automation workflows, and project expectations.
• Corporate Training: Customize DevOps modules for enterprise teams based on their cloud stack, CI/CD maturity, deployment process, and operational goals.
• Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate assignments, labs, project deployments, and capstone work while providing clear technical feedback.
• Career Readiness: Support learners with project documentation, interview preparation, resume points, and practical demonstrations.

Essential Requirements:

• 3-6 years of hands-on DevOps, cloud, build and release, SRE, or infrastructure automation experience
• Strong Linux, Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipeline skills
• Experience with monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, deployment strategies, and automation workflows
• Ability to design practical labs and explain DevOps lifecycle concepts clearly to mixed-experience learners
• Good understanding of SDLC, cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code
• Excellent presentation, mentoring, and technical communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, Cloud Computing, or related field
• AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, or DevOps certification preferred
• Experience delivering ed-tech, college, corporate, or certification-oriented DevOps training
• Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, shell scripting, Python scripting, Helm, or GitOps tools
• Experience mentoring learners through real-world deployment projects
